V-Tone

Strengthen your pelvic floor - without surgery, without guessing.

V-Tone is a non-surgical treatment that uses electrical muscle stimulation to retrain and rebuild your pelvic floor. If you have been living with leaking, weakness, or that "something is off" feeling - this is where a lot of women start.

What V-Tone Actually Does

Your pelvic floor muscles support your bladder, your uterus, and your core. When they weaken - from childbirth, hormones, time, or all three - you feel it. Leaking when you cough or laugh. Urgency out of nowhere. A heaviness that will not go away.

V-Tone is part of the EmpowerRF platform by InMode. It delivers electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) through a small applicator placed internally. The stimulation causes your pelvic floor muscles to contract and release - like doing Kegels, except way more effective and way more consistent than doing them yourself.

It's FDA-cleared. It's non-surgical. And for a lot of women, it's the thing that finally works after years of trying to figure it out alone.

What It Helps With

Stress incontinence - leaking when you sneeze, cough, laugh, or work out
Urge incontinence - that sudden need for a bathroom now feeling
Mixed incontinence - both stress and urge symptoms
Post-baby pelvic floor weakness - muscles that never bounced back
Age-related weakening - gradual changes you have been noticing for a while

Women Who Ask About V-Tone

They have usually been dealing with leaking for months or years and they are tired of just managing it. They keep a mental map of every bathroom. They have skipped workouts. They have changed what they wear.

Or they had a baby - maybe recently, maybe a long time ago - and their pelvic floor never came back. Kegels did not help, or they are not even sure they were doing them right.

Or they just want to be proactive. Things are not terrible yet, but they can tell something is shifting. All of those are good reasons to come in.

What a Session Feels Like

A small applicator goes in. You feel a tingling, pulsing sensation as the muscles contract on their own. It's not painful. Most women say it's mildly strange at first, then totally fine.

You stay reclined. Sessions run about 30 minutes. And then you go on with your day - there is no recovery time.

How It Fits Into a Bigger Plan

Some women do V-Tone on its own. Others pair it with Forma V for tissue comfort or Tone for core strength. Irina figures out what combination makes sense during your consultation - or whether V-Tone alone is enough.

Most plans involve a series of sessions over several weeks. You will know the full plan before you start.

Common Questions

What patients ask before booking.

Short, honest answers first. Irina can go deeper during your private consultation.

Does it hurt?

No. You will feel contractions, but it is not painful. Intensity gets adjusted to what is comfortable for you.

How many sessions?

Varies by person. Most plans are a series over a few weeks. Irina lays it out during your consultation.

When will I notice a difference?

Some women feel it within the first few sessions. Full results build over the course of the treatment plan.

Can I do this postpartum?

Yes. It is one of the most common reasons women come in. Timing depends on your recovery, but once your OB clears you, treatments can usually begin as early as 6 weeks postpartum.

Is this better than Kegels?

It is more targeted and more consistent than what most people can do manually. For a lot of women, it gets results where Kegels alone did not.
